ASSOCIATION HISTORY
Bayside Beach is located on the West end of Upper Straits Lake in West Bloomfield Michigan. It was established in the 1950’s and has served our neighborhood as a private family beach since then.

ASSOCIATION ELIGIBILITY
Our Membership Chairperson reviews and determines if a household is eligible for membership.

Access on a private access lake is a valuable commodity. It can add thousands of dollars to the value of your home.
Our members treat the beach as if it were an extension of their homes. Members are expected to contribute to the health and well-being of the community as part of their membership. We are a large beach community with approximately 200 households belonging to the Association.
