Rules |
- All gates must be closed and locked at all times.
- All guests must be accompanied by a member in good
standing. (Pursuant to Article I, Section 11, eligible
non-members shall not be permitted as quests).
- Members are responsible for their guests and their
behavior.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed on beach property
(leashed or otherwise).
- All paper, cigarette butts and rubbish is to be placed
in the dumpster before leaving the beach.
- No glass is allowed on Association property due to the
risk of injury.
- No bottles, stones or rubbish is to be thrown in the
water. No sand throwing is permitted either in or out
of the water.
- Members have the right to ask anyone to leave the beach
if their behavior, including offensive language, demands
this action.
- No fireworks are permitted on Association property.
Violators will be asked to leave.
- No playing or fishing on the boat launching ramp.
- Parents are responsible for their children's behavior
and safety at the beach, as well as for any damages they
cause to the property, whether they are chaperoned or not.
- All members and their guests are responsible to see that
children under 12 years of age are under adult supervision
at all times.
- No children are allowed on the docks without proper
supervision.
- No one under 12 years of age may fish off the docks
without proper supervision.
- No feeding of the waterfowl is permitted.
- No swimming after sunset. The beach closes at
11:00 PM, excluding special beach activities.
- No air pistols, BB guns, bow and arrows or other weapons
are allowed on Association property.
- Bicycles must be parked in the bike rack and must not be
brought into the sand area or the docks.
- No watercraft is allowed within the swimming and raft
area.
- No skiing is allowed in or through the swim areas or off
of docks.
- All boat owners are to abide by state and local laws
concerning boats and boating operations.
- Only one (1) boat or two (2) jet skis may be launched
from the beach boat ramp per membership (including any
guests) on any given day.
- No automobiles or other motor vehicles are permitted in
the picnic area except on authorized beach business.
- No overnight mooring is permitted at the day docks.
- Member snowmobilers may only use the beach property as
an access to the lake.
- All watercraft shall be removed from beach property by
November 1st.
- Powerloading and unloading at the ramp is prohibited.
Powerloading is defined as loading or unloading your boat or
personal watercraft at a speed greater than idle.
First offense will result in a $75.00 fine. Second
offense will result in a $150.00 fine and possible loss of
membership.

Watercraft Mooring and
Docking Procedures |
- In order to apply for a mooring slip, you must be a
Beach Association member in good standing, i.e. be current
with regard to all dues, mooring fees and assessments; must
be a homeowner within the Beach Associations field of
membership; must be the owner of a watercraft covered by
appropriate liability insurance.
- Application for mooring slips will be sent to the
general membership with the notice of the January General
Membership Meeting. A completed application must be
submitted to the Chairman of the Mooring Committee no later
than March 17th.
- In the event that the number of applicants exceeds the
number of mooring slips, a waiting list shall be
established, which shall be continued and maintained from
year to year. Mooring slips will be awarded on the
basis of membership seniority, i.e. number of years that you
have been a member of the Association. The waiting
list will establish priority in the event that a mooring
slip becomes available during the course of the year.
- Mooring slip locations shall be determined based upon
the following considerations:
- Depth of water required by the watercraft;
- Dock and safety requirements;
- Prior year designated mooring slip location.
- The Mooring Committee shall submit its
proposed mooring plan for the coming season to the Board of
Directors for its approval prior to opening day.
- Once the mooring plan is approved by the Board of
Directors, all applicants shall be notified whether they
have been awarded a mooring slip or have been placed on the
waiting list. All members who have been awarded
mooring slips shall pay mooring fees in full on opening day,
and if not paid within fourteen (14) days thereafter, the
next eligible member from the waiting list shall be offered
the mooring slip, and the delinquent member shall then be
required to reapply for a mooring slip.
- All mooring slips along the northern shoreline shall be
exclusively utilized for mooring pontoon boats. All
other mooring slips shall be available to all watercraft.
- Only one mooring slip will be made available per
eligible resident.
- All motorized watercraft must carry liability insurance.

Watercraft Mooring and
Docking Rules |
- All homeowners who have been awarded mooring slips must
have a watercraft, the legal title to which is in their
name. The watercraft must be moored in the awarded
mooring slip by Memorial Day unless prior written
arrangements are made with the Board of Directors.
Otherwise, the mooring slip will be offered to the next
eligible applicant and the member will be placed at the end
of the waiting list.
- All watercraft shall be moored with bow toward the dock
and shall be properly secured by the bow and stern within
the designated mooring slip, but shall not be secured to the
dock. Watercraft owners must supply their own poles.
- All owners of motorized watercraft must carry liability
insurance and have proof of ownership.
- All watercraft shall be operated and maintained in a
safe manner in accordance with all Beach Association rules,
and all laws and ordinances.
- All mooring slips are to be used for permanent mooring
purpose. Any mooring slip left vacant for more than
twenty-one (21) consecutive days shall be subject to
forfeiture unless special arrangements are made and approved
by the Board of Directors. Forfeited mooring slips
shall be offered to the next eligible applicant who has
applied for a mooring slip. Delinquent members shall
then be required to reapply for a mooring slip.

Watercraft Free Spot
Rules |
- There is a single
location for members of non-motorized watercraft to
store their watercraft, as space permits. The
"Free Spot" is located on the south dock area starting
at the shoreline and going out two dock lengths.
- Written notification
of a request for a non-motorized watercraft free spot is
required. This notification is to be submitted to
the Chairman of the Mooring Committee. The
Chairman will notify the member if the request can be
fulfilled.
- These watercraft must
be moored properly by securing and locking one end to a
designated auger-type mooring pole belonging to the
owner. The "Free Spot" is located on the south
dock area starting at the shoreline and going out two
(2) dock lengths. The shoreline is made as
of opening day.
- All "Free Spot" boat
owners are required to register their boat with the
Mooring Chairman each season. They must list
their name and telephone number on the craft.
These watercrafts are moored for the boating season at
no charge.

Member Parties |
Members wishing to host a party at
the beach with a total of 25 or more guests must file a party
application with the party chairman.
- A party application must
be filed no later than 10 days prior to the party.
- Any party of 25 or more
must have Board approval. Approval can be decided at
the next monthly meeting or by a quorum of Board members via
telephone/email. The party cannot take place until the
application has received Board approval.
- Parties will be limited to
three (3) parties per day or one hundred (100) total guests
per day. The party applications will be considered
upon time of filing the completed application with the Party
Chairman.
- You are responsible for
your quest's behavior and insuring that all beach rules are
followed.
- You must limit your space
under the pavilion to two (2) picnic tables.
- The gates must be locked
at all times.
- Due to limited parking
space in the south lot, please car pool or shuttle your
guests.
- Only one (1) watercraft is
allowed per membership, which includes guests.
- You are responsible for
cleaning up after your guests, including bathrooms.
- Members must be present
with their party guests at all times.
