Reason for Party:
Party Rules
  1. The party application must be filed no later than 10 days prior to the party.
  2. Any party of 25 or more must have Board approval. Approval can be decided at the next monthly meeting or by a quorum of Board members via telephone. The party cannot take place until the application has received Board approval.
  3. You are responsible for your guests' behavior and insuring that all beach rules are followed.
  4. You must limit your space under the pavilion to two(2) picnic tables.
  5. The gates must be locked at all times.
  6. Due to limited parking space in the south lot, please car pool or shuttle your guests.
  7. No glass or pets are allowed.
  8. Only one (1) watercraft is allowed per membership, which includes guests.
  9. You are responsible for cleaning up after your guests, including the bathrooms
  10. Members must be present with their party guests at all times.
I have read and understand the above party rules and the Bayside Beach Association rules. I agree to be responsible for the actions of my guests while on beach property. I will be responsible for cleaning up after the party and for any damages incurred, by myself and/or my guests to the beach property.
