Beach Sanding
Our beachfront is in dire need of re-sanding. The swim mat is torn and needs to be replaced. The association would appreciate the skills of someone willing to work on this improvement project. It would entail working with West Bloomfield Township's Wetlands Board and with contractors. Please contact Susie Cattin.

Swim Area - Saturday, May 3, 2008 @ 9AM
2-3 VOLUNTEERS are needed for installing the swim area. One person with a boat (pontoon or ski boat works best) to be used for hauling buoys and the swim raft will be needed. Also need a person to replace broken shallow raft anchor. Contact Jim White @ (248) 360-6454 for details.

Opening Day - Saturday, May 3, 2008 @ 9AM
Membership dues will be collected by the treasurer and membership chairpersons. Keys will be distributed upon payment of dues. Please make checks or money orders payable to Bayside Beach Association. If you are not planning on working, you may sign up for other available work dates. VOLUNTEERS are needed to prepare the beach for the summer (cleaning debris from the grounds, cleaning and painting picnic tables, etc.).

If you are unable to pick-up your keys on the 3rd, contact Liza Jerzy (last names A-L) or Julie Zerbo (last names M-Z) Monday - Thursday, 6PM-8PM after the 3rd.

Bayside's 4th of July Party - Saturday, July 5, 2008 @ NOON
Each summer, Bayside Beach hosts a fabulous July 4th bash that includes a lot of family fun, as well as an evening of dancing for the adults. A VOLUNTEER is needed to organize this special event. If you enjoy planning parties, and would like to serve your work asssessment hours in this way, contact Susie Cattin.
